We believe we can scale the impact of visionary school leaders by supporting them in designing and managing highly effective networks of schools. This work is guided by a common set of values.
We set ambitious goals for our schools and high expectations for our staff and students. Data defines our impact and guides us in our decision making. We will continue to raise the bar and improve our approach so that we can expand our impact.

Launching new school models in partnership with districts is meaningful but challenging work. It requires relentless commitment to new and innovative solutions. As we chart this new course, we are committed to a proactive and resourceful approach.

We believe in the potential of people. Our leaders know best how to run great schools. We provide support while giving each leader and network the ability to make decisions in the best interest of students and drive outcomes.
WHAT WE DO
We partner with districts to scale and codify effective practices by supporting great leaders to design and operate school networks.
We currently support six schools across three networks in Texas, serving more than 2,300 students.
We aim to serve more than 5,000 students by fall 2024.
Districts can partner with the collaborative to:
- Support a district leader to design a school network
- Contract with a district to operate the school network as a partnership (SB 1882)
- Replicate one of our high-performing network models at an existing campus
- Support the development of network systems through our Network Design Lab
